Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner is a modern-day woman who is full of energy and wisdom. Marilu is an actress, author, producer of talk shows and entrepreneurs. In addition, she is an artist and a singer. It's no wonder that Perpetual Motion is her moniker. Marilu's health-focused approach is visible throughout her entire existence. She believes that when you're in healthy health, you are able to do anything. However, not all the time. When she was a teen, she was a yo-yo dieter watching her weight balloon way up. She was always feeling sick, and she ate emotionally. As she reached her 50's, and both parents passed away-her mother from problems with arthritis and her father after to a heart attack that was fatal, she recognized that she required control over her own lifestyle. Dieting was not the goal however, the goal was to improve our health and find the best way to maximize the way our bodies were designed to perform. She is also a regular in Christopher Guest's comedy movies. Coolidge has been part of The Groundlings since its inception at Los Angeles.
